One investigation found that to the extent rest goes, night showerers may have a leg up – one more motivation behind why it’s OK in case you’re a night owl.
For the examination, specialists selected nine ladies and separated them into three rest classifications. The principal bunch scrubbed down before bed, the second washed up before bed, and the third did not one or the other. The ladies who scrubbed down or a foot shower nodded off quicker and self-announced better quality rest.
