Capital Development Authority, or CDA, is a public benefit corporation that provides municipal services in the Islamabad Capital Territory. The CDA was founded by an executive order named Pakistan Capital Regulation on June 14, 1960.
Although the CDA is still in charge of estate, most of the CDA’s municipal functions and departments were moved to the newly formed Islamabad Metropolitan Corporation by 2016.
